I started personal training sessions with Marie at the beginning of August this year. I booked 12 sessions initially attending for 1 hour, twice a week. I was very nervous as I had never done any PT before but Marie made me feel completely at ease and she tailored the sessions to suit my needs. My goals were to get fitter and to loose weight as like many others, I had put on over 3 stones during lockdown, sitting about and working from home. I was very unhappy with my body shape and weight gain. Marie's PT sessions are fun, she always plays good music which motivates me during the sessions. Marie is very knowledgeable in her field of work, she gives me great nutrition and fitness advice. We often do yoga as a warm up or cool down during sessions which has improved my mental health. I had never really enjoyed exercise before going to Marie but doing PT sessions with Marie has completely changed my mindset towards fitness and exercise. I feel stronger, fitter, healthier and more energetic than ever before. My own mental health had decreased dramatically during lockdown but the laughs I have with Marie during my PT sessions has really improved my own mental state. Marie is very encouraging and is always on hand for advice or support when needed. She gives me regular feedback to keep me on track and I love that she sets me achievable goals and motivates me to push myself during sessions. Marie is very down to earth and friendly so each hour long session flies in time wise as it feels like you are just chatting to a friend. I feel like Marie has really listened to my goals and has helped me achieve more than I ever thought I could over the past 3 months. So much so, I have just booked another block of PT with her! My body shape has completely changed, I feel more confident wearing dresses and showing my legs in public! I feel stronger mentally and physically and I am starting to develop my muscles and finally shifting my bingo wings and chubby thighs! I do not think I would have stuck to an exercise regime if it was not for Marie. I cannot recommend Marie enough to anyone who is thinking about getting fitter or loosing weight as the PT sessions and fun and Marie really is the best PT ever! I have now lost one and a half stones in weight over the past 3 months and I know Marie will help me get to my target of 3 stones.

I began my slimming journey at the end of April 2016. I have never done any form of serious exercise before and would previously have gone out of my way to avoid it, parking as close as possible to the shops, taking the lift instead of the stairs etc
Friends mentioned clubbercise to me and I was definitely NOT interested. I didn't want to embarrass myself or look stupid. I was reluctantly dragged along by my daughter Vix in June and I actually enjoyed it.
I now love it!! I go twice a week if I can, I feel bereft if I miss it for any reason and am convinced it has boosted my weight loss. Marie is fabulous and makes every class fun!! I am not particularly good at the moves but I give it my best shot. I feel fitter, I enjoy other exercise too and now tend to park further away at the shops so I can fit in a wee walk too.
I got my 6 stone award at Slimming World at the start of September 2017 and still plan to lose another half stone.
Am convinced the combination of healthy eating and regular exercise with my clubbercise classes have got me where I am now. I love exercise now and can see the difference in my body and muscle tone.
Clubbercise is a fun way to exercise and tone without realising you're doing it. Can totally recommend it. If , like me, the idea of exercise terrifies you just give it a go! Because it's in the dark it feels more anonymous and everyone is so busy trying to follow the moves that there's no danger anyone is watching you

Can't recommend clubbercise enough!! Since I had my boy almost four years ago my weight went up and I couldn't be bothered to shift it, I ate whatever I liked and that was that. A friend from work introduced me to clubbercise and I thought what the heck let's give it a go and it's honestly the best thing I've ever done. The first pic was taken in June last year, I only did one class a week and still ate all the crap thinking I was doing enough.....wrong! This year I decided to stop kidding myself, i upped my classes in march/April this year and was near 16 1/2 stone. I'm now doing my 3 classes a week and have lost nearly 2 stone in almost 6 months. Marie is a great motivator and instructor and I urge everyone to give her classes a try. It's in the dark with disco lights, glow sticks the lot so there is no need to feel embarrassed. The tunes are amazing!!! I have made some good friends going to these classes and it has given me a great confidence booster. If I can do it so can you
